Etnofood's business model is a social innovation model with a community space to promote memorable experiences around gastronomy and build experiences through recipes developed with local products, involving ancestral knowledge in the production of unique flavors for locals and visitors.


The project is visualized with experiences in the city of Oaxaca de Juárez, with the possibility of developing this type of event in other parts of the state, both locally and regionally.


The value proposition focuses on employing young people in vulnerable situations in the state of Oaxaca and contributes to the local economy by using inputs produced by small local producers, generating a quality local offer through unique experiences.
